New Parkrun, New PB!

Things have been a bit quiet on the racing front, as I have been focussing on my training for my first half marathon! But today I ran at a new parkrun event in Frimley Lodge Park and got a PB! I've posted about it on my training blog, Rachel's 13.1 Miles.

    Ha - its just to confuse you! Plus I haven't got any races coming up (except Bath Half), so I thought this blog would get a bit boring. :)
